If you’re having technical issues with any of the tools we use in class, strive to give as much information as possible when describing the problem. Answering the following questions is a great start!
- What tool are you having trouble with?
- Can you take a screenshot of the problem? (if so, do that)
- What do you expect to happen?
- What did actually happen?
- What browser are you using?
- What operating system are you using?
- Are you getting any error message?
- What steps did you take before the error occurred?
- What steps have you taken to fix the error?
- Is the issue reproduceable?
- How urgent is the issue?
- Are there any additional information you can provide?
