In some classes, you will be asked to make revisions to a document you have already submitted, and received back with comments.

The first thing to check is whether the comments from your professor are visible.  In Microsoft Word, you’ll generally turn this on from the view menu, or from the review tab.

Once you can see the comments, you’ll want to work to revise them.  Make sure NOT to delete all of the text that includes the comment.  You want to leave the comment there so that I can mark it as either fixed, or not.

Once you have made revisions, you will need to save the file you’ve been working in as a new file.  So, if you started with PA3, you’ll save the file as PA4.
